Auto Turned Products has a quality system based around QS9000 and Ford Q1 supported by an able and flexible team, which is able to satisfy any specific customer requirements. We are aiming at TS16949 by 2006.

Advance Quality Planning, FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) and full PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) are provided along with IMDS (International Material Data System) submission. Every part is controlled from first off sample to despatch with dedicated machine layouts, work instructions and UKAS calibrated gauges where appropriate.

Computer generated route cards accompany each batch of work ensuring traceability from raw material to finished parts.
